Intent
At The Trinity Catholic Academy, our curriculum intent for Access Art is to inspire and nurture every child’s creativity, critical thinking, and emotional expression through a rich and diverse artistic experience. We aim to integrate art seamlessly into our broader curriculum, allowing children to explore various mediums and techniques that complement and enhance their learning across subjects. By fostering an environment where artistic exploration is valued, we strive to develop confident, imaginative individuals who can articulate their ideas and reflect on their learning journey. Our Access Art program is designed to not only build technical skills but also to encourage a lifelong appreciation for the arts and its role in personal and academic growth.
