Enrichment

At The Trinity, we seek to nurture engagement and a love of learning by ensuring we provide opportunities to develop curiosity, creativity and thirst for knowledge through an engaging and ambitious curriculum, and not just in the classroom setting.

We have planned a variety of trips and experiences across the school, from EYFS to Year 6 which enrich our taught curriculum and provide opportunities for our children to engage with learning.

We are passionate about giving our children the chance to try new activities and so have a wide range of after school clubs run by our staff. Because we believe all children should have the same opportunities, all of our clubs are free of charge and most are open to all children within the club age range.

Trinity Gardens

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new School Gardens Initiative this year! Our journey began with engaging visits to the Vauxhall Local Community Gardens, where our pupils learned the essential skills for caring for plants. This experience has ignited their enthusiasm, prompting us to develop a purpose-built garden area on our school grounds.

We are particularly excited to collaborate with local councillor Joe Hansen and Helen Rawlinson as we bring this vision to life. Our pupils will have the unique opportunity to work alongside a landscape architect, helping to design the outdoor space. Additionally, we are joining the Young Marketeers programme with School Food Matters, which will enable our children to grow their own vegetables and learn the finer points of selling them in a local market at Liverpool One.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Food For Thought and the local council for their invaluable support. We look forward to nurturing our garden, powered by the imaginative ideas of our pupils!

Magic Breakfast

We offer a free magic breakfast where all children are welcome from 8.30am every day. We serve a variety of cereal, bagels, toast, porridge and even baked beans!

This provision supplies vital nutrition but also plays a pivotal role in boosting concentration, attendance and academic achievement.

This provision at our school has had an amazingly positive impact for our children.  Many pupils now transition into school more successfully and have developed their social and communication skills through the opportunities it provides. The children are fed and ready to learn.
